WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT
Sometimes, the next step is not obvious.
You may have a vision, but you cannot yet see the road that leads to it. You may have an idea, but everything you need to begin does not appear to be available.
Do not despise the beginning.
You do not need to have everything before you take the step that is available to you today.
“For who hath despised the day of small things?” — Zechariah 4:10 (KJV)
Start with what is in your hands.
Learn what you need to learn.
Ask the right questions.
Take the opportunity that is before you.
Make the call.
Write the first page.
Send the first proposal.
Take the first step.
Progress does not always announce itself loudly. Sometimes it looks like one small decision made with faith and wisdom.
And remember:
You don't have to see the whole staircase to take the next step.
What is available to you today may be enough to begin something that becomes much greater tomorrow.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. Keep moving.
